Job Title: Staff Nurse

Responsibilities:

• Patient Care:
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on individual needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs and symptoms.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and care plans.
• Patient Education:
• Educate patients and their families about health management, medication instructions, and post-discharge care.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Document all nursing actions, assessments, and interventions.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Adhere to infection control policies and safety regulations.
• Ensure the proper functioning of medical equipment and report any malfunctions.
• Professional Development:
• Stay current with nursing practices and advancements in healthcare.
• Participate in continuing education opportunities and training programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Current state nursing license (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?48,000.00 per month
