A Nurse is responsible for the overall care of patients seeking treatment at an outpatient & In Patient medical facility.It is the responsibility of the nurse to manage & ensure the comfort of patients before, during and after medical procedures and surgery.Monitoring all the medical records.Monitor and supervise daily consumption accordingly prepare reports.Checking all the consent forms before and after each procedure.Documentation and supervise all the instruments.Regular monitoring of Crash cart in terms of drugs availability, expiry date and consumptionRegular Monitoring on Cleaning OT, Culture test and Waste managementCoordinating with front desk and clinical coordinator for Posting the OP and IP procedure.Giving the injections to patients on time.Taking height, weight & blood pressure of patients.Helping the consultants in scans\xef\x82\xb7 Establishing and maintaining effective relationship with patients, medical and clinic staff.The ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.Maintaining all Medical records- Supervising of all the registers with complete detailsPreparing consumption report & reporting the same to concerned departments.Make sure the required stock is available all the time.\xef\x82\xb7 Infection control and Bio medical waste : cleanliness and segregation of Biomedical wasteJob Type: Full-timePay: \xe2\x82\xb910,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 per monthBenefits:
