1. Patient Care:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and managing treatments.

Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.

Observe and record patient symptoms, reactions, and progress.

2. Clinical Support:

Assist doctors and healthcare teams in performing procedures and medical interventions.

Prepare and maintain medical equipment and supplies.

Ensure proper documentation of patient records and treatments in compliance with healthcare regulations.

3. Patient Education:

Educate patients and their families on health management, medication administration, and post-discharge care.

Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families, helping them understand diagnoses and treatment plans.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

Work effectively with other nurses, physicians, and healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary team.

5. Staff nurse should be ready to travel cities for treatment and dose administration of patients.

Communicate patient progress, concerns, and changes to the healthcare team.
