Staff Nurse
Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' conditions, report changes to physicians, and respond to emergencies.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and standards of practice.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
