Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing protocols.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and symptoms, and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Perform various nursing procedures, such as wound care, catheterization, and IV therapy.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing education to enhance nursing practice.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems and basic computer skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting and moving patients and equipment as needed.
• Manual dexterity and visual acuity for performing nursing procedures.
• Stamina and resilience to handle the demands of the nursing profession.

Pay: ?6,500.00 - ?13,000.00 per month
