Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care : Provide direct, hands-on care to patients, ensuring comfort, safety, and well-being at all times.
• Medical Procedures : Administer prescribed medications and treatments, assist with medical procedures as required, and monitor patients for side effects or complications.
• Patient Monitoring : Regularly monitor patients' vital signs, health status, and response to treatment. Report any significant changes to the physician or supervisor.
• Record Keeping : Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records, documenting patient care, medication administration, and other relevant details.
• Collaboration : Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure treatment plans are followed.
• Patient Education : Educate patients and their families on proper care techniques, medication usage, and lifestyle changes for recovery.
• Infection Control : Follow all infection control protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining a sterile environment when necessary.
• Emergency Care : Respond promptly to emergency situations, providing immediate care as needed and ensuring that appropriate procedures are followed.
• Shift Management : Assist with shift handovers and ensure a smooth transition of patient care between nursing staff during shift changes.
• Compliance : Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and local/state/federal regulations related to nursing care and healthcare delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
