Reliability of Packing Plant & wagon tipplers equipment\'s.
Reliability of Truck tipplers & all belt conveyors.
Modifications related to spillages, leakages and fugitive dust emission at wagon tippler, Transfer tower & clinker silo top.
No LWC/FAC, carry out SBO, WTI, Identify gaps/ Reporting Near Miss & Adherence to PTW.
Preventive maintenance of wagon tipplers, truck tipplers, belt conveyors, dust collectors & all connecting equipment.
Implementation of KAIZEN for smooth & safe operations.
Safe operations of wagon unloading & loading in free time. Safety standard to be implemented & follow.
Qualifications:
Advance Diploma,Graduate Diploma,B.S (Process Engineering),B.Sc Tech
Minimum Experience Level:
6-7 Years
Report to:
Manager
