for Staff Materials (RM & Fuel)
• Hands on knowledge of working in SAP for GRN preparation and bill processing.
• Responsible to prepare GRN of Raw Materials received by Rail and Road Mode.
• Transport portal - Mapping of vendors in Transport portal and assist them to submit transport bill in the portal.
• To ensure timely processing and submission transporters and vendors bills.
• To handle vendor payment related queries and to rely to UKSC query to timely resolution.
• MIS as per Management requirement.
• Knowledge of WCM and Safety standards.
• Physical verification of RM & Fuels.
• Coordination and follow up with vendor / transporters for timely loading of Materials and with User department for timely unloading of material.
• SOP compliance and Raw material Inventory management.
Qualifications:
Post Graduate,Graduate
Minimum Experience Level:
3-5 Years

Senior Manager
