The Staff Engineer position will be responsible for design and implementation of latest technology solutions.
The position provides technical leadership and must have a solid understanding of architecture.
The work involves engaging in technical discussions, participate in technical designs, demonstrate problem-solving abilities,
and present and share ideas through collaboration with teams across global locations.



Specific Duties, Activities, and Responsibilities:

Design, plan, develop and maintain software applications and associated medical device documentation.

Leads and provide expertise to project teams, including mentoring and guiding other team members on medical device software development excellence. (According to IEC 62304)

Lead team members to define and deliver projects including scope, approach, deliverables.

Leads investigation & resolution of software problems.

Responsible and interfacing with stakeholders to collect and execute requirements.

Conducts/Oversees code reviews, troubleshooting SW bugs, documentation efforts, and code implementation

Minimum Experience, Knowledge and Skills

Minimum 10+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in .NET, MVC, C#, SQL Server and related Microsoft technologies.

Minimum 5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in class 2 or 3 medical device software development.

Design and develop applications using .NET core, REST APIs.

Design and develop applications using Task-based asynchronous programming.

Development background in Azure.

Should have experience implementing design and architectural patterns

Architect, design, and develop software applications and participate in architecture and process improvements.

At least 4 years in lead role.

Problem-solving aptitude.

Work in an Agile Scrum team process, collaborating closely with fellow developers, team leads, and stakeholders.

Should be able to conduct & lead peer code review.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, the position will include a lot of interaction with stakeholders.
