Responsibilities:
Take charge of promoting agile practices within your team and guiding junior members to help them achieve their goals.
Excel as a software developer in the team and inspire others to improve collectively.
Possess a strong background in programming languages (Java/Python/Node.JS), tools, and frameworks.
Exhibit expertise in software product architecture, development, testing, and support.
Participate in the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and fault-tolerant systems in cloud environments, particularly AWS.
Essential Skills
Proficient in Java or Python or Node.JS programming languages
Strong knowledge of software product architecture and experience with tools and frameworks
Skilled in developing, testing, and supporting production software
Skilled in designing and implementing secure, scalable, and fault-tolerant systems in the cloud (AWS)
Experience with microservices architecture and container orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Knowledgeable in operations decision making and incident management
Understanding of security principles related to authentication and authorization
Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases
Familiarity with DevOps software development and deployment practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
Proficient in source control and pipelines as code, with an understanding of various branching strategies and their benefits/issues.
