For more information, visit Title of Job: Staff Engineer - QA Role Location: Bangalore, India Position Description: We are seeking a passionate and innovative Staff Software Test Engineer in our team who will be focused on testing web & mobile Apps along with test Automation of multiple features & functionalities. This position reports to the Manager - R&D As a Staff Engineer, the candidate will be responsible for developing, and maintaining manual and automation test cases, and automation frameworks with Appium / Java. Must have hands-on experience in Automating Windows/Web/iOS-based applications. Well versed in Testing/QA concepts with excellent knowledge of Manual Testing is a must. Plan, design, implement, and execute an effective test automation framework: Create a foundation of automated tests - Unit, Component, Integration, System, UI Strong experience in Test Planning & Estimation. Strong analytical skills to be able to translate from system requirements and use cases to detailed test cases. Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates. Working knowledge of software IDEs and debugging tools Strong knowledge of API Testing & basic knowledge of Linux. Proficient in at least one scripting language & be instrumental in automating regression testing for the product/assigned areas. Providing feedback to development teams on technical, troubleshooting, or operational issues. Good Database Concepts with working knowledge of DBMS/SQL/Oracle will be a plus.
