n your new role you will:


L



• ead, mentor, and develop a team of Customer Application Engineers to deliver high-quality technical support and guidance to customers.
E
• ngage with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide expert guidance on the selection and implementation of Infineon products.
O
• versee technical engagements with key customers, providing guidance and support on complex technical challenges and ensuring timely resolution.
E
• stablish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as a technical escalation point and ensuring effective communication and resolution of technical issues.

• efine and implement strategic initiatives to optimize the CAE team's performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
S
• upport customers with product integration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure successful implementation.
C
• ollaborate with internal engineering teams to address customer-specific technical challenges and provide customized solutions.
A
• ct as a technical liaison between customers and internal engineering, marketing, and sales teams.

• rovide feedback to internal teams based on customer interactions to drive product improvement and innovation.

• ontribute to the creation of technical documentation for customers.

• tay updated on industry trends, market requirements, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to internal teams.
Y
ou are best equipped for this task if you have:

• + years of experience in semiconductor industry or application Engineering
B
• achelor's or master's degree in electrical/electronics engineering, or related field with a focus on embedded systems and firmware development.
P
• roficiency in writing code in C language; Debug and modify the code written on C/python. Proficiency in relevant tools and software for circuit simulation
S
• trong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex system behaviour to optimize hardware and firmware performance.
E
• xperience with microcontroller architectures, digital signal processors, and familiarity with communication interfaces (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART, PMBUS, CAN).
E
• xperience in firmware development for power electronics applications, including motor control, power conversion, and energy management.
E
• xperience and knowledge in motor control algorithms (FOC, trapezoidal, V/F, BEMP) is an added advantage.
D
• eep understanding of control loop design for power converters is an added advantage.
S
• hould be able to work with Multimeter, Oscilloscope, Function Generator, Protocol Analyzers, etc. for testing & debugging.

• nowledge on basic hardware, sensing circuits and understanding of schematics and PCB Layout.

• xcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, internal teams, and senior management.
