We use our knowledge of vendor capabilities & industry trends to predict, innovate, influence, and deliver best-in-class experiences.This role will have special focus on promoting DevOps model to increase developer productivity through well-orchestrated automated services in various stages of continuous integration and continuous delivery. Staff DevOps Engineer must have a very deep understanding of various development tools and technologies. This is a hands-on technical role but with a high degree of collaboration to drive cultural change and raise the maturity levels of the Continuous Delivery practices. Own Continuous Delivery specifications, quality, release deployments and monitoring of production health. Enable developers to ship high quality products and features with an end-to-end mindset from conception to delivery and production support.Responsibilities

• As a Staff DevOps Engineer the successful candidate will contribute by driving the DevOps journey we started.
• Thought Leadership on how the platforms should evolve. What technologies should we adopt? How will it make the platform better?
• Design & support of the Azure DevOps CI-CD pipeline.
• Support and maintenance of the production and non-production environments.
• Work with application development teams to ensure successful deployment and operation of their application.
• Integrating Code Quality tools and Code Analysis tools into IDE\'s.
• Implementing Automation to improve coding efficiency.
• Support database migration activities.
• Engage with cross-functional co-located teams in design, development and implementation of enterprise scalable features related to enabling higher developer productivity, environment monitoring and self-healing, and facilitate autonomous delivery teams.
• Ensure continuous availability of various tools supporting SCM & Release Management including Source Control, Continuous Integration, & Change Management.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.QualificationsBasic Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor\'s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
• 7+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor\'s degree of Engineering.
• Experience in building and maintaining code on-premises and deploying them to Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.)
• Experience with SonarQube, Checkmarx, BlackDuck, Sonatype
• Experience in setting up pipeline for .Net, Angular, Kotlin, Java
• Experience in Managing Patching of Servers(Windows/Linux), Managing Agent Servers
• Experience implementing best practice Cybersecurity controls in Azure CI/CD pipeline
• Experience in Docker, Kubernetes preferred
• Ability to troubleshooting network services and protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, AD, LDAP, SMTP, SSL, HTTP, IIS
• Experience supporting enterprise class monitoring or any other monitoring tools for network, systems, application monitoring is preferred
• Experience with Team Foundation Version Control (TFVC), Git
• Experience with monitoring tool like Splunk
• Good knowledge about Jfrog repository and publishing Artifactory
• Self directed work style with minimum supervision. Ability to coordinate with a global team in different time zones.
• Experience working in Agile environment.
• Strong Automation and Problem-solving skills and ability to follow through to completion
