Food Safety and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhere to food safety standards and regulations, and follow proper hygiene practices to ensure the safety and integrity of all food products.
Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff members, including sous chefs, line cooks, and prep cooks, to coordinate food preparation and ensure timely service during busy periods.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Cook specializing in Indian Cuisine, with a strong background in preparing a wide range of Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori, biryanis, and regional specialties.
Thorough knowledge of Indian spices, herbs, and ingredients, as well as traditional cooking methods such as tarka, tempering, and masala blending.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, while maintaining attention to detail and upholding culinary standards.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
