Bring your vision and passion to our team of cloud architects, software engineers, security experts, and more who are enabling organizations worldwide to harness speed and agility with a cloud-first strategy.We are seeking an experienced Staff Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to play a vital role in optimizing our Salesforce platform to support and enhance our provisioning processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product Management, Customer Support, Sales Engineers, and Order Operations, to design, implement, and refine Salesforce solutions that enhance cloud provisioning processes for Zscaler's products. This role requires strong Salesforce expertise, business acumen, and a collaborative approach to deliver innovative solutions that align with business needs. Reporting to the Director, Digital Transformation - Provisioning, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to product provisioning and sales operations, translating them into scalable technical solutions
• Guiding and validating the configuration and customization of Salesforce Sales Cloud to support provisioning workflows, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automating cloud provisioning processes
• Streamlining and automating provisioning workflows across Salesforce and Zscaler platforms to ensure seamless deployment of Zscaler products for both pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales enablement
• Serving as a liaison between business teams and technical developers, ensuring alignment on requirements and providing documentation and training/support for end-users to maximize Salesforce adoption
• Using Salesforce and Tableau reporting and analytics tools to monitor provisioning workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend data-driven enhancements

What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce-focused roles, with expertise in Sales Cloud and SaaS provisioning or order management workflows
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration (custom objects, fields, workflows) and automation of provisioning processes; ability to design scalable solutions supporting sales and order operations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions effectively
