DESCRIPTION

The responsibilities include month end closing activities, preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual reconciliations and balance sheet analysis.
The position will support the Management in all aspects of financial accounting, reporting systems, procedures, and policies.
The position will also play an important role in process improvement within department to ensure ongoing efficiency and control improvements.
The successful candidate will have a strong desire in innovating processes and exceed expectations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Knowledge & Skills/ Business Acumen/ Education & Experience
Preferred CA/ICWA with 4+ years of post-qualification experience
Prior experience in Retail or Marketplace or Financial Retail Services is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills - including written and oral communication skills.
Zeal towards Operational Excellence/Process improvement & simplifications
Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) is a plus
Advance level excel and knowledge of SQL is a plus
Experience of Oracle/SAP

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years of Accounts Payable (AP) experience
• Experience using data to influence business decisions
• CA/ICWA with 4+ years of post-qualification experience in accounting, account reconciliations, month end closing activities and reporting analysis.

• Prior experience in Retail or Market Place or Financial Retail Services is a plus Strong interpersonal skills - including written and oral communication skills.
