Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for reviewing expenses to determine when to apply the Fixed Asset
- Perform disposition procedures for closed sites.
- Ensure the transactions of the business have been properly accounted for andaccurately reflected in the financial statements.
- Analyze financial data and use independent judgment for purposes of identifyingvariances, when possible resolving accounting operating system issues, compiling statistical information and developing procedures to improve current
- Minimum of a Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting/Finance
- 3+ years of Fixed Asset Accounting and reconciliation experience in a corporateenvironment
- Thorough understanding of GAAP
- Proficient in the utilization of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multi-task and complete projects within specific deadlines
- Experience completing detailed accounting schedules
- Ability to handle and reconcile large amounts of detailed transactions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented with excellent time management skill
