Working on virtualization technologies like Hyper-V
Candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting of tickets, monitoring the server infrastructure and handling escalated tickets of low to medium complexity
Deliverables will include ticket ownership, response, resolution and update and handle escalated tickets from various levels
Ensure adherence to customer SLAs across all levels
Collaborate with fellow system administrators and support team members
Requirements
Thorough knowledge of Windows Server Environment
Experience in web hosting industry preferred
Outstanding troubleshooting skills
Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Excellent communication skills
Ownership and follow-up skills
Should be able to perform independently and in teams
