The User Experience Design Specialist will be responsible for creating and implementing modern user experience design, conducting user research and tests, and using design thinking to create intuitive and effective digital experiences.Qualifications

• User Experience Design (UED), User Research, and Design Thinking skills
• 4-5 years of experience in UX with exposure to Material Design 3
• Visual Design and Prototyping skills
• A portfolio of work that demonstrates experience in designing and launching digital products
• Experience working on cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in a related field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Information Design, or Graphic Design is preferred

Kindly note that for Sr. UX candidates should match with below conditions.

• Must have working experience in Figma.
• Must have either working experience or good knowledge of Material Design.
• Must have worked on Mobile App UX & UI both.
• Kindly note we do not require HTML, CSS or Graphics designing candidates. They must have worked in areas of UX mostly such as wireframing, high fidelity prototyping etc.
