To collaborate with business teams / functional teams and IT counterparts for daily support incidents and project activities in different business areas across all geographies.Ability to understand the requirements related to business problems and transform that into a solution design.Who are youxe2x80xa6You are a Cloud Engineer -Collaborate with Application Development, FinOps, Cloud, Governance, and Security teams to help formulate and implement a comprehensive cloud strategy. This includes developing frameworks, internal standards, governing policies, and procedures that align with organizational goals.Support FinOps initiatives by working closely with finance teams to optimize cloud spending, providing insights into cost management, and helping to forecast future cloud expenditures.Guide application teams by offering technical leadership in cloud architecture, ensuring that solutions are design for optimal deployment, security, performance, and high availability.Develop and maintain a balanced cloud governance framework based on industry standards, ensuring compliance with security protocols and other regulatory requirements.Evaluate and implement proof-of-concepts for emerging cloud services and technologies, ensuring that the organization stays ahead of industry trends.Drive cloud adoption and innovation by exploring new cloud services, finding opportunities to demonstrate them for business growth, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.Collaborate with teams on new and existing business/technology solutions, ensuring they align with established standards and contribute to long-term cloud strategy.Perform regular cloud cost reviews and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce waste.Mentor and support teams in understanding cloud technologies, standard methodologies, and operational processes.Stay informed of industry-wide trends and their potential impact or application to the business, ensuring the organization's cloud strategy remains forward-looking and innovative.Complete other responsibilities as assigned and ensure compliance with all company policies and standards.You connect the dots -

What we'll needxe2x80xa6(Required)At least 4-6 years in Cloud EngineeringAbility to work effectively in a fast paced, team environmentStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verballySuperior organization, project management skills and attention to detailStrong understanding of cloud computing capabilities and limitations, business drivers, virtualization technologies,Infrastructure as a Service, Platform as a Service and Software as a Service Cloud delivery modelsA strong ability to learn new technologiesThorough understanding of system and infrastructure management in the Cloud environment (Linux/Windows servers, firewalls, load balancers, hypervisors, storage, monitoring, security etc.)Experience with cloud infrastructure and services (GCP, AWS, etc.)Experience with GCP services such as Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, and Kubernetes Engine. Hands-on experience with AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda is acceptable and can be considered as a good foundation for the required GCP expertiseProficiency in configuring and handling virtual networks, including VPC, subnets, and firewall rules.Experience handling infrastructure deployments using Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform).Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash etc for automating cloud operations.Command of software automation production systems (GitHub, Selenium, etc.).Good understanding of security principles and standard methodologies, including identity and access management, encryption, and compliance requirements.What we''ll needxe2x80xa6(Preferred)Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Engineering.Google Cloud Architect within 1 Year (Preferred) or AWS Certified Solution Architect - Professional.Experience in architecting, implementing, and handling multi-cloud environments.Understanding of infrastructure correlations with knowledge of servers, networking, AD, security etcProficiency in handling and optimizing cloud costs using tools like Google Cloud's Cost Management tools or AWS Cost Explorer and other Finops methodologies.Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.Understanding of or ability to design solutions across on-premise and multiple public cloud tiers (hybrid).Our Commitment to Sustainability
