Greeting from Synergy Resources Solutions.Our client company provides Accounting Bookkeeping, Medical Billing, Audio Visual, IT outsourcing services to small businesses across the USA.Role Name- Sr. Quality AuditorExperience: 4 to 9 YearsJob Location: AhmedabadNumber of Opening: 1Designation: Sr Quality Analyst (ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor)Working Days: 5Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g., quality management, businessadministration) or equivalent work experience. for QMS:Key Responsibilities: -Support the Quality Manager in the development and implementation of the QualityManagement System (QMS).- Conduct internal audits to assess the compliance with qualitystandards, policies, and procedures.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure processes and service delivery meet definedquality requirements.- Assist in the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to addressidentified issues and improve processes.- Provide support and guidance to employees regarding quality standards, procedures, and bestpractices.- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, including customer complaints, to identifytrends and areas for improvement.- Assist in the preparation and presentation of quality reports to management, highlightingperformance indicators and improvement initiatives.- Participate in management reviews and support the continuous improvement efforts of theQMS.- Stay updated with the latest industry standards and regulations related to quality managementand share relevant information with the team.Qualifications and Requirements:- Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g., quality management, business administration) orequivalent work experience.- Certified Internal auditor for ISO 9001 QMS from accredited certification body.- Minimum of 06 - 08 years of experience in quality assurance/ control, preferably in the serviceindustry.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively withcross functional teams and communicate quality requirements.- Knowledge of corrective and preventive action methodologies and the ability to contribute totheir implementation.- Proficiency in using quality control tools and software to document and analyze quality data.- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to stay updated with industry best practiceshas context menu.
