E-commerce background preferably Fulfilment center/warehousing experience People from Amazon / Flipkart / Grofers / Big basket will be preferred Responsible for owning E2E business operations of the Grocery Product Drive customer KPIs and ensure smooth operations Responsible for handling and managing Product P&L Conceptualize & develop processes/SOP/workflow Improve product efficiency through tech-enabled solutions and processes Build a strong relationship with customer/Liaison with internal stakeholders to improve the customer SLAs Deliver superlative customer experience through process innovation and improvements Drive business share and margin improvement portfolio across the operating locations Develop people, process, and product across the operating locations Drive frugality, bias for action, customer-focused aspects across the operating locations
