Summary:

\xef\x82\xb7 Exposure to all stages of SDLC, and Agile methodologies
\xef\x82\xb7 Leading the team of core developers
\xef\x82\xb7 Solutioning to the issues raised while development
\xef\x82\xb7 Involved into Requirement Gathering, Design, Develop, Document, Release & Demo
to clients
\xef\x82\xb7 Hand to Hand involvement with POs/Clients, Delivery Team, Release Team, BA &
Quality Team
\xef\x82\xb7 Perform Risk Analysis, Troubleshooting & maintain the application
\xef\x82\xb7 Perform Code Reviewing of the team members
\xef\x82\xb7 2+ years of CI/CD implementation and Cloud exposure like Azure/AWS

Responsibilities:
\xef\x82\xb7 Work as part of a project team to lead, design, develop and deliver a mission critical
JEE implementation built on JEE Platform, leveraging different JEE Technologies
including, but not limited to, Enterprise Java Bean, Java Database Connectivity, and
Java Messaging Services etc.
\xef\x82\xb7 Participate in requirement gatherings, design, implementation, testing and support of
custom java solutions, which include features enhancements, new functionalities, and
back-end systems integration etc.
\xef\x82\xb7 Collaboration with client to prepare technical design specifications.
\xef\x82\xb7 Interact with subject matter experts (functional & business) to understand business
requirements and develop system/technology design & architecture of the
applications. Work directly with the project team and implementation partners, as
needed.
\xef\x82\xb7 Provide technical guidance & mentor team members technically.
\xef\x82\xb7 Perform code reviews for quality assurance and conformance to standards /
guidelines.
\xef\x82\xb7 Assist in infrastructure & system software setup for development and testing
environments.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure timely completion of tasks delegated.
\xef\x82\xb7 Monitor and report on task status, identify issues that may hinder fulfillment of the
task, recommend and implement corrective measures.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensures that the design/implementation meets technical, functional, performance
and business requirements and in compliance with the architecture of the solution.
\xef\x82\xb7 Present the Solution & demos to internal and external stakeholders, through
presentations and documents.
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop High Level and Low-Level Design documentation as needed
\xef\x82\xb7 Prioritizes multiple tasks effectively & work on multiple projects/tasks at the same
time, as needed

\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure that the coding guidelines, documentation standards/requirements and SDLC
methodology are adhered to
\xef\x82\xb7 Consistently deliver high-quality services and components
