- Project Execution:
- Plan, schedule, and oversee the execution of interior design projects.
- Ensure that all project activities are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
- Quality Management:
- Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality workmanship.
- Address any issues or discrepancies promptly to avoid project delays.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best possible terms.
- Monitor project expenditures and implement cost control measures as needed.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Work closely with internal teams, including design, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, reports, and change orders.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
