Job Description
The Hardware Engineer needs to be able to:
• Conduct regular maintenance & servicing of desktops (Monthly)
• Update antivirus, windows update, usb checking on monthly basis
• Help with Sysaid helpdesk ticket
• Coordinate Sysaid Helpdesk Feedback from end user.
• Troubleshoot Win Server & Win 10 Professional,
• Have knowledge of LAN & Network Troubleshoot
• Have knowledge of Printer Installation & troubleshoot.
Be readily available during crisis.
