About this opportunity We are having an opportunity for SRF Engineer is typically assigned to work with operational change request activities on production, geo & test environment. Role is to perform the coordination, management and execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support and implementations of the change request in a timely and correct manner by focusing on the allocation, implementation, configuration, activation and testing of specific services or resources as per the agreed SLA with customer. What you will do Handling scheduled operational CRs (Change Request) for Mobile Finance Platform. Manage end to end LCM of all Change Request: Planning, Execution, testing, status reporting & logging and CR closure. Fair knowledge of change execution on any Mobile Finance Platform. System & Application Patch implementation. Able to guide to fix, modify software solutions and configurations to ensure the product/solution performs within optimal design specifications. Able to investigate and verify changes to ensure continued operability of the Mobile Finance Platform solution. Will contribute to meet the SLAs and KPIs as applicable for the account and unit - for example, successful change execution. Regular follow up on the schedule CRs with relevant stakeholders. Alignment to the organizational guidelines & departmental processes & procedures You will bring Qualifications: Degree within Telecommunication Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent Industry experience: Mobile Finance System. Years of experience: 2-4 years Certifications: Linux Certification is requirement Technical and/or functional skills: good level of Linux knowledge, shell scripting, JAVA, Tomcat, SSH/SCP/SFTP. Good level knowledge of service applications implementation / integration processes is mandatory. Change execution experience specifically on Mobile Wallet Platform is an added advantage. Excellent knowledge of Change Management, methodologies, and tools. 2nd Level Incident Management, 2nd level legal request execution, 2nd Level Assurance support activities, 2nd level Customer Support experience. Good technical exposure to alarm/ticket management. Good level knowledge of Dockers & Kubernetes is an added advantage.
