Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive for our International Logistics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global logistics operations, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing complex international supply chain processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee international logistics operations, including air, ocean, and ground transportation, customs clearance, and freight forwarding
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods
• Negotiate and manage contracts with carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics service providers
• Proactively identify and resolve supply chain issues and delays
• Analyze logistics data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and cost savings
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support international expansion and new market entry
• Mentor and train junior team members to build a high-performing logistics team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in international logistics operations, with a focus on global supply chain management

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
