• WhatsApp Support:
• Assist customers with queries, product information, and order placements.
• Maintain a friendly and professional tone.
• Resolve issues promptly.
• After-Sales Support:
• Handle escalated issues (returns, exchanges, repairs).
• Coordinate with internal teams for swift resolutions.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• General Duties:
• Keep accurate records of interactions.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and policies.
• Provide feedback on common issues and improvements.
Requirements:
• Experience in customer service, preferably in retail or jewellery.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with WhatsApp for business.
• Calm under pressure and detail-oriented.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
