:Project wise Allocation & Monitoring all assets related to P&MDaily, Weekly & Monthly reports generation & reviewProgram preparation for Optimum utilization of resourcesMonitoring hired P&M assetMonitoring HSD consumption & tracking for internal & External assetMonitoring output form different P&MIdentification of break downs & its riskConstruction Vehicles- Dumpers, Tippers, Trailers, Four Wheelers c) Matl.Handling Equpmt- CranesConst.Equipments- Heavy Duty Crane,DG, Concrete Mixers, Compactors, Road Rollers, Heavy Duty Pumps, Batching plants, etcMinimizing idle P&MErection of major plant & MachineryShould handle Bridges and Metro projects.Servicing/ Regular maintenance of equipment'sPreparation of DMR and analysisPreparation and follow up for vehicle check list, safety check list, breakdown sheet, Daily P&M DPR, Log sheet
