What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:
To meet the customer requirements , need to drive the material availability and capacity ,level loading in to shop floor and releasing the work schedules as per customer priorities in SAP . Lead the overall end to end Production planning and ensure the stock availability against customer requirements and Identify the risk in Long LT Parts review Large Projects
" \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead the planning process in SAP \xe2\x80\x93 planned order to production order conversion & production order released in SAP and tracking of open production orders
- Preparing and leading the MPS process
- Preparing the Monthly, weekly, day wise planning for shop floor against customer requirement to meet the OTD.
- Align the production order based on customer requirement for Production scheduling & capacity planning.
- Maintain & ensure the production load for each cells
- Handling of Action Messages against production orders
- Material shortage review in SAP , drive the material requirement and co-ordinate with buyer to ensure the material availability
- Daily updaion of delivery commitment against customer demand & tracking the delivery commitments
- Analysis the OTD & Past due reports based on 4 Block reports to identify the improvements.
- Safety stock review based on sales history
- Weekly preparation of inventory status
- Abnormal & project order demand reviews "
Qualifications:
BE - Electrical / Electronics/Mechanical
3~ 7 years
Skills:
MFG Production planning experience with knowledge in SAP
SAP (PP & MM Module) / Excel / Power point
