• Must have 3-5 years experience in Application support or SRE role with basic skill set of Java/Node.js.
• Ability to work individually and in large teams as well to handle big complex projects.
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Should be aware of basic system architecture (Frontend, Backend, Server, Database, APIs etc.)
• Experience in any cloud service (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Hands on experience in Monitoring applications with tools like New Relic/Grafana etc.
• Ability to troubleshoot logs to find RCA and provide resolution within defined SLAs.
• Maintaining Runbooks and documentations.
• Knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and NoSQL with querying capabilities.
• Hands on with Linux systems and Bash/Shell scripting.
• Should be able to troubleshoot frontend issues related to JavaScript and related frameworks.
• Exposure to Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes will be an added advantage.
• Experience with ticketing tools and knowledge of processes related to Incident, Problem and Change management.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service.
• Ability in managing and communicating with internal as well as external stakeholders.
