business intelligence. The products our portfolio include Microsoft Fabric, Azure SQL DB, Azure Cosmos
DB, Azure PostgreSQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Service Bus, Azure Event

Within Azure Data, the data integration team builds data gravity on the Microsoft Cloud. Massive
volumes of data are generated \xe2\x80\x93 not just from transactional systems of record, but also from the world
around us. Our data integration products \xe2\x80\x93 Azure Data Factory and Power make it easy for customers to
bring in, clean, shape, and join data, to extract intelligence.
The team is responsible for Open Source Software connectors for the Azure Data Explorer / Kusto
platform. We work across multiple technologies,frameworks and languges. The team is hiring software
engineers who can help us with building and maintaining connectors and providing enhancements for
these connectors

Responsibilities:
\xe2\x80\x8b- Work on connectors in different languages and provide enhancements and new features
- Provide support and enhancements for these connectors
- Work across multiple languages and platforms (e.g. Java, Golang, Python , C# & Frameworks like
Kafka, Spark, Flink etc.)
- Learns about and applies knowledge of debugging tools, logs, telemetry, and other methods to
proactively flags issues before they occur and reactively flag issues as they occur for product features.
Learns to conduct retrospective debugging of solutions to identify root causes of problems.
- Learns to review code and helps to review code of others to ensure it meets the team\'s and
Microsoft\'s quality standards. Participates in code review processes for self-development, gathers
feedback, and learns about coding standards and the team\'s features. Applies coding patterns and best
practices.\xe2\x80\x8b
Qualifications:
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Learns about and applies knowledge of debugging tools, logs, telemetry, and other methods to
proactively flags issues before they occur and reactively flag issues as they occur for product features.
Learns to conduct retrospective debugging of solutions to identify root causes of problems.
- Learns to review code and helps to review code of others to ensure it meets the team\'s and
Microsoft\'s quality standards. Participates in code review processes for self-development, gathers
feedback, and learns about coding standards and the team\'s features. Applies coding patterns and best
practices.
- 3+ years of programming and development experience in languages like Java/Python/Golang/C#
- Experience in writing well tested software and support for these connectors
- Working experience with ADX is a plus
