Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our growing team. This role also includes the management of our Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in website design, UX/UI principles, and digital marketing, specifically within the Meta Ads ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Web Design :
• Design and develop responsive and visually appealing websites that align with our brand identity.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new website features or redesigns.
• Ensure websites are optimized for mobile and desktop devices.
• Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring they are user-friendly, error-free, and functional.
• Collaborate with content creators and developers to integrate new content and features.
• Meta Ads Management :
• Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Monitor performance and optimize ads for maximum reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Develop creative ad copy, visuals, and A/B test various ad formats to improve results.
• Track key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), cost per click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Stay up-to-date with Meta's advertising guidelines and trends.
• Collaboration :
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to align design and advertising strategies with company goals.
• Ensure that all web design and Meta advertising initiatives support the brand's objectives and tone.

Qualifications:

• Experience : 2 to 3 years of experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Technical Skills :
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
• Familiar with website content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Squarespace, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, targeting, and optimization.
• Soft Skills :
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for modern design trends.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
