Job Description

We are seeking a creative and skilled Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design and a passion for creating engaging, user-friendly websites. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing the layout, structure, and overall visual appearance of websites, ensuring they are both functional and visually appealing across different devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create visually appealing and user-friendly websites.
• Develop website layouts and structures using design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and other team members to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Implement responsive web design techniques to ensure websites are optimized for mobile and tablet views.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present design concepts and ideas.
• Modify and maintain existing websites by making design updates and improvements.
• Work with branding guidelines to ensure a consistent visual identity across the website and other digital platforms.
• Ensure designs align with SEO best practices for optimization.
• Test websites for functionality, usability, and performance on various browsers and devices.
• Communicate design ideas clearly with clients or stakeholders and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
• Stay updated on the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Web Designer or in a similar design role.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Sketch, or other wireframing/prototyping software.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (knowledge of front-end frameworks like Bootstrap is a plus).
• Experience with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and its impact on web design.
• Strong attention to detail, with an ability to balance creativity and functionality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• A portfolio showcasing a variety of web design projects, including wireframes, mockups, and final designs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month

Schedule:
