• Vendor Management: Develop and manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and components.
• Vendor Assessment: Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, cost, and delivery performance. Conduct regular reviews and audits.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the vendor supply chain to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D scanning, and other technical tools to assess vendor capabilities and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and production teams to align vendor capabilities with company requirements and product specifications.
• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on vendor performance, cost analysis, and supply chain issues to the management team.

• Extensive experience in vendor development, with a strong background in the automobile field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D scanning, and other technical tools relevant to vendor assessment and product development.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
