We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Sr. UX Manager to lead our design department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the creative direction, design projects, and ensuring the highest quality of design output across all platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for design and the ability to inspire and lead a team of talented designers. QUALIFICATIONS xe2x97x8f Masterxe2x80x99s or Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Design, HCI certification, or equivalent. xe2x97x8f 15+ years of overall design experience, with at least 5+ years leading the design function. xe2x97x8f Proven experience of driving the implementation of overall Design System. xe2x97x8f Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, practices and processes. xe2x97x8f Impactful portfolio showcasing a range of projects, across various form-factors. xe2x97x8f Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or similar UI/UX tools. xe2x97x8f Experience with Agile development methodologies. xe2x97x8f Exceptional leadership, team-management, communication and presentation skills. xe2x97x8f Knowledge of GenAI capabilities surely be an added advantage.
