This role is located in Pune, India and is a hybrid role, with the current expectation that the team member will be in the office at least 3 days a week.Team Overview:Were seeking a future team member for the role of Sr. UX Designer to join Growth Ventures - Data and Analytics in our Data Vault UX team. Data Vault is a next generation cloud native data management platform to support the needs of our global client-base. Designed specifically for the financial industry and built upon decades of expertise, Data Vault is the trailblazing technology that helps institutions overcome the limitations of legacy systems and use data as a competitive advantage.In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our industry-leading data and analytics platform.
  • Leverage your expertise with Figma to create captivating and intuitive designs that cater to the unique needs of our users.
  • Engage with stakeholders, advocating for UX best practices, and cultivate productive relationships to drive the UX agenda forward.
  • Advance and maintain a comprehensive Design System that fosters consistency and efficiency across our products and in our design processes.
  • Partner with UX team members and other key stakeholders to define, refine, and maintain our UX/IA System, assets, and documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with UX team members to drive and implement our UX strategy, ensuring it aligns with our company's vision.
To be successful in this role, were seeking the following:
  • 7-10 years of hands-on experience in UX and Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your proficiency in designing for enterprise web applications.
  • 5+ years of relevant UX work experience at either a Financial Technology or Financial Services firm delivering SAAS products.
  • Proficiency in Figma is a must. Your ability to create and collaborate on design files will be vital to the success of our projects.
  • Proven experience in crafting and implementing Design Systems, fostering consistency and scalability in product design process.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and advocate for importance of user-centered design principles.
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX and Product Design.
  • Experience working within constraints of Material and/or Angular Material guidelines is a big plus.
  • A global mind-set. Experience working closely with team members across multiple locations and time zones
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual, communication, presentation, and networking skills
