You'll be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality applications using cutting-edge digital technologies.QUALIFICATIONSxc2xb7 Master / bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in design, HCI certification, or equivalent.xc2xb7 5+ years of design experience, with an impactful portfolio showcasing web/mobile application.xc2xb7 High proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or similar UI/UX tools.xc2xb7 Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.xc2xb7 Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.xc2xb7 Experience with Agile development methodologies.xc2xb7 Excellent communication and collaboration skills.xc2xb7 Knowledge of GenAI capabilities surely be an added advantage.Responsibilitiesxc2xb7 Facilitate, support and lead change to bring best-in-class user experience.xc2xb7 Work with a cross-functional team to design and deliver wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity design work, optimized for a wide range of devices.xc2xb7 Ability to translate customer requirements and complex user journeys into user stories, graphical workflows, and design systems.xc2xb7 Strategize with the product and development teams on how to deliver the best user experience with business, technology capabilities and constraints.xc2xb7 Plan and conduct extensive user research, including interviews, persona development, customer journey mapping, contextual inquiry and task analysis.xc2xb7 Champion a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs. Drive user acceptance testing to ensure that the deliverables meet UI best practices.xc2xb7 Build collaborative and engaging relationships across teams to problem-solve design challenges and maintain high level of design consistency across journeys.xc2xb7 Results-driven, focused on both the end user and the business needs, with the ability to influence.xc2xb7 Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.xc2xb7 Experience guiding consistency and best practices across a portfolio of apps.McCain Foods is an equal opportunity employer.
