Sr. US Technical Recruiter:
• 4+ years of experience into IT Recruiting (Technical Recruiter/ HR Consultant).
• Primary responsibility as a Lead recruiter was to source candidates, phone screen / interview candidates, schedule technical screenings / interviews and keep in touch till on-boarding completes.
• Responsible for screening, negotiating rates, scheduling and coordinating interviews
• Worked in partnership with Hiring Managers, and other team members to develop a pool of qualified candidates for various software positions
• Boolean searches to source niche-skill resources
• Worked as a primary recruiter to fill technical requisitions. Duties included: identifying sourcing channels, search candidates, scheduling and coordinating interviews and on-boarding process
• As a Technical Recruiter with a strong passion to connect talent with the opportunity.
• Able to multi - task and handle various client and job requirements simultaneously.
• Aggressive and self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Quick learner, team player, confident and ambitious.
• Experience working as a complete life cycle recruiter right from advertising, filtering resumes, job posting, pre-screening, Technical interviewing, Personal interviewing, initiating background/reference checks, calling prospects and closing the requirement. Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills
• Worked on client domains related to Java/.net/iOS/Android Technologies and health, telecom, networking, storage, data center, virtualization, security etc
• Proficient in Applicant Tracking System (Ceipal) and Vendor Management System (Vector VMS)
• Excellent Knowledge on various employment and recruitment methods and laws specifically H1B transfer, USC, GC visas and EAD's like -H4, OPT and GC.
• Sourced candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Career Builder, Tech Fetch Networking events, Employee referrals, Ladders, Indeed and Boolean searches
• Salary negotiation with candidates and close positions by coordinating Offer letters and on-boarding formalities i.e. Background checks, H1B visa transfers (if required)
