Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday is Fixed off) Lead Recruiter\xe2\x80\xaf Lead recruiter provides recommendations and solutions covering specific areas of Recruitment including organizational Resourcing needs analysis, Recruitment market trends analysis, candidate selection, vendor management, analysis of Recruitment metrics, and/or other Recruitment services. Lead Recruiter Main Responsibilities

Lead Recruiter Main Responsibilities
- Managing, consolidating, and growing your client base
- Negotiating and agreeing on hiring plans with your clients
- Running push-and-pull recruitment processes
- Managing interviews, assessments, and shortlist selection
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members
- Assisting with [Company]\xe2\x80\x99s marketing efforts
- Strong decision-making ability
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Expert knowledge of all interview, assessment, and selection techniques
- Provide recruiting status updates to Functional, Regional and Global Recruiting Leadership including performance vs targets, sourcing/recruiting challenges/issues
- Develop, with the central team, HRM and communications, an employee brand that supports both global behaviours
- Lead hiring business strategies through the development, coordination and delivery of talent
- Ensure open position descriptions clearly state the major duties and responsibilities of the position
- Evaluate candidates for cultural fit, skill set, availability, interest level, and compensation
- Make job offer to selected candidate
- Participate on committees and task forces and may provide consultation as a change management expert or for an executive point of view
- Establish strong relationships, building trust, open and confidential communication, collaboration, and insight
- Develop a pipeline of qualified applicants that can be immediately contacted when an opening occurs
- Develop hiring metrics to improve and build the recruitment process
