Job Summary:
The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top IT talent across various levels for our organization. This role involves developing recruitment strategies, building relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality IT professionals.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews.
• Manage the interview process, including scheduling, feedback collection, and communication with candidates.
• Maintain a talent pipeline and nurture relationships with potential candidates.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and recruitment activities.
• Provide regular updates and reports to hiring managers and HR leadership.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, Technical Recruiter, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and IT skillsets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
