See the below basic responsibilities. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients/Implementing partner/Prime Vendor in USA/Canada & Mexico. \xc2\xb7 Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites like Dice, Monster, CB & Linkedin etc. \xc2\xb7 Work as in individual team player with nominal supervision. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for handling different types of IT requirements, Non IT recruitment & Healthcare Recruitment. \xc2\xb7 Must have excellent Communication Skills, interpersonal skills. \xc2\xb7 Must be punctual, dedicated to work & eager to learn.
