In-depth knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools, including job boards, social media, and networking.2. Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.5.
