Job Description

:

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and have a proven track record of designing intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for websites and digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Design high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across projects.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of designs is accurate and meets quality standards.
• Conduct regular design reviews and iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall growth and development of the design team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and past projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (knowledge of front-end development is a plus).
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and their impact on design.
• Must be based in Noida or willing to relocate to Noida.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Experience with mobile-first and responsive design.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
