Job Description

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team and design intuitive and visually appealing web applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing web app layouts, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma , and will also be skilled in creating graphic assets for marketing, user interfaces, and digital media. You will work closely with our developers, especially React and Node.js engineers, to ensure that designs are not only user-friendly but also technically feasible and responsive across different platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Web Application Design: Design intuitive and user-friendly layouts and interfaces for web applications, focusing on usability, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. Deliver high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs using Figma .
• Collaboration with Developers: Work closely with React and Node.js developers to ensure design and functionality are seamlessly integrated. Provide assets, design guidance, and assist in the implementation of designs within the application.
• User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, create personas, and design user journeys to ensure that the web applications meet user needs and expectations.
• Prototyping and Wireframing: Create detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups that communicate design concepts clearly to both the development team and stakeholders.
• Branding & Graphics: Create graphics for branding, digital marketing, and social media. Design icons, banners, and other visual assets that enhance the overall user experience.
• Responsive Design: Ensure designs are mobile-friendly and responsive, adapting to various screen sizes and devices.
• Iterative Design Process: Participate in design reviews, incorporate feedback, and iterate on designs to improve usability and visual appeal.
• Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries that can be reused across projects.
• Testing & Optimization: Collaborate with the development team to test designs in real-world environments, gather feedback, and optimize for performance and usability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Design Tools Expertise: Proficiency in Figma , Adobe XD , Sketch , or other design tools for creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• UI/UX Design Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on web applications.
• Graphic Design Skills: Ability to create high-quality graphics, icons, logos, banners, and other visual assets for the web.
• Responsive Design: Experience designing mobile-first and responsive user interfaces that work across various devices and screen sizes.
• Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with developers (React & Node.js), product managers, and other team members to create cohesive and functional designs.
• User-Centered Design: Strong understanding of user research, user personas, journey mapping, and usability testing.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs.
• Portfolio: A strong design portfolio showcasing web application designs, wireframes, prototypes, and graphics work.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills to present design concepts and iterate based on feedback. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with React design patterns and components to better collaborate with front-end developers.
• Familiarity with Illustrator , Photoshop , or other graphic design tools for more complex asset creation.
• Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) and how design elements integrate into code.
• Experience with design systems and libraries, such as Material UI or Ant Design .
• Knowledge of animation tools like After Effects or Principle to create micro-interactions.
