Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller Executive with experience in selling software training courses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, providing them with information about our training programs, and converting leads into enrolled students. A strong background in tele-sales and excellent communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation and Outreach :
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads provided by the organization.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate software training courses.
• Sales and Conversions :
• Provide detailed information about the training courses, fees, and benefits.
• Handle customer queries and objections effectively.
• Persuade potential customers to enroll in courses and achieve sales targets.
• Follow-Up :
• Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure a high conversion rate.
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and status updates.
• Customer Relationship Management :
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing post-enrollment support.
• Market Knowledge :
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams for improvement of course offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education :
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Experience :
• 1-3 years of experience in tele-sales, preferably in the education or software training domain.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Skills :
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and clear manner.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in selling technical or IT-related training programs.
• Familiarity with software tools and technologies (e.g., Python, Java, Data Science, etc.).
• Knowledge of multiple languages for better customer outreach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?23,970.65 per month
