Key Responsibility:
• Client/Lead calling, Sales Closure
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lists, databases, or leads.
• Introduce and educate potential customers about the company's products or services. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of leads, managing follow-up calls and nurturing relationships.
• Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to determine their viability and potential for conversion.
• Handle objections and address customer concerns to overcome barriers to sale.
• Close sales deals and achieve targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitors' offerings.
• Upsell other products & programs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a telemarketer or sales representative in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in using computer applications.
• Resilience to handle objection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Good time management and organizational skills
