Responsibilities Provide technical support to clients by diagnosing and resolving issues related to software and tools. Identify, manage and address issues related to computer systems, networking, Cloud, and software applications. Identify opportunities for improvement, automation, cost savings, and service quality improvement. Conduct planning, project management, and implementation of infrastructure initiatives Develop technical training materials and conduct training sessions. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of high-quality, customer-focused products and services. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of technical advancements in the pharmaceutical industry. Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in providing technical support, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. Proficient in troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency supporting AWS and/or Azure cloud environment Understanding of the following technologies and services: Switches, VPN, and Wi-Fi access points and other networking technologies Identity Management - Active Directory, Azure AD, and MFA Microsoft O365 Applications: Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Exchange, Stream Microsoft Power Platform
