: Looking for a highly motivated - TECHNICAL SPECIALIST /SR. TECHNICAL SPECIALIST, DATABASE ADMIN (Data Engineering Platform Team) for AT&T Supply Chain Management Value Stream Applications. This role requires architecting, planning, designing, and operational support of AT&T\'s supply chain value stream applications in Agile and DevSecOps model across on-premises, public cloud, and SaaS. This role requires to work on exciting and challenging projects as well as on call rotation in different shifts. Responsible for the implementing, improving, supporting, and participating in the processes, strategies and tools for the assigned business or functional area. Provide input and expertise for key technical functions by utilizing knowledge of the business, industry, and technology, especially in the Snowflake, Oracle EBiz/EBS Application Suites including Fusion Applications, Database, middleware, and technology infrastructure in support of supply chain value stream applications. Collaborate with internal teams and business users, creating strategically sound Target State Architectures. You\'ll have a major say in mentoring, setting priorities and fostering a client-centric environment where everyone learns and grows. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Looking for a highly motivated Database, Applications, and Cloud Engineer with well-rounded experience to support production and non-production environments for Snowflake, Azure Public Cloud, and Oracle SaaS. This role requires to work on exciting and challenging projects as well as on-call rotation in different shifts. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership, technical and analytical expertise as well as an aptitude for business requirements documentation and designing system process flow. The candidate provides input and expertise for key technical functions by utilizing knowledge of the business, industry, and technology, especially in the Snowflake Application Suites including Fusion Applications, Database, middleware, and technology infrastructure in support of supply chain systems. Candidate must effectively communicate between end users and technical teams and be able to triage issues. Experience in new technologies like Snowflake, Oracle, Postgress, ORDS, Golden Gate Micro Services, Open-Source Databases is Required. Experience in Public Cloud Technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and DaaS) is required. Required 5-10 years\' experience in Snowflake, Oracle, and Azure Public Cloud Applications. Requires 5 years\' work experience designing, executing, and supporting IT Cloud solutions. Preferably Azure platform. Requires 3-5 years\' work experience in Oracle SaaS and OIC. Requires experience in Snowflake, DevOps/DevSecOps as well as Agile Methodologies. Functional (Technical Competencies): . 5 to10 years\' experience in Snowflake Architecture . 5+ years\' experience in Snowflake implementations and operations . 5+ years\' experience in Data Engineering including Data Ingestion and Data Extractions. . 5+ years\' experience Snowflake optimization including cost optimization. . Experience in ORDS and Golden Gate Microservices . Experience in Cloud Engineering including Azure or AWS or Oracle . Experience in IaaS, PaaS, SaaS services, DaaS, and IaC . Experience with data engineering and Snowflake platforms . Knowledge of access key management and Azure AD/IAM policy provisioning . Knowledge of end-to-end agile software development using technologies including Github, Gitlab, Azure DevOps, REST APIs, or Docker . Design/provision and manage Azure IaaS and PaaS services like Oracle, Postgress, Azure SQL server, Snowflake, Databricks. . Manage Azure backups and Recovery Vault and migrate on premise to Windows Azure in DR on cloud. . Develop Pipeline and other DevOPS Automation - using Terraform, Jenkins . Develop and Manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) . Design, develop, deploy, and manage high availability clusters using Azure Kubernetes and Docker Swarms . Manage deployment automation using terraform to automate system operations . 7 to10 years\' experience in administering Oracle Applications R12 (12.1 and 12.2) and databases Experience (12c and 19c) in Oracle application and database patching, cloning and upgrades. . Install, configure, and administer E-Business environments. . Experience in Oracle Applications maintenance, patching, Upgrade, Migration. . Experience on Single Sign on (SSO) for Oracle EBS R12 using Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g, 12c, OAM and OID environments. . Knowledge on MySQL, MariaDB, Casandra is a plus. . Knowledge on WebLogic, jboss, and Tomcat. . Knowledge on Oracle Fusion Applications and Oracle Fusion Middleware . Good Shell Scripting Skills Key Competencies and Skills: . Should be a good Team Player and Good work ethics to work in a large DBA Group . Very good communication skills . Supporting Production, Test, and development Environments. . Able to attend production sev1 calls without any support or minimal support from onsite team and guide team member on need basis. . Able to communicate complex ideas persuade and negotiate with others, often at senior levels, to adopt a different point of view. . Able to deliver results focused on operational excellence and best practices. . Able to work independently and lead problem determination efforts requiring assistance from cross functional teams for the most complex situations. . Able to lead a team and provide day to day updates to onsite team. . Research and bring to manager operational best practices for monitoring and maintaining server health. Education: Bachelor of Science degree preferably in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical degree or equivalent technical experience Master of Science is preferred.
