4+ years in US Staffing, recruitment operations like C2C recruitment

Strong Experience in Hiring USC / GC / OPT / CPT / H4 / TN visa candidates from Job Portals, University Networks, Social Networking Sites and other sources.
Understanding of end-to-end recruitment process and familiarity of key technologies.
Efficient and effective use of recruiting strategies and techniques to source for candidates utilizing skills in social networking, cold calling, internet searches and professional networks
Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals.
Able to procure project transfer resources through referrals or own database.
Knowledge of USA Visas / Immigration policies, Tax Terms
Conduct initial phone screening, understand their competencies and skill sets.
Explain about compensation, benefits and other terms and conditions.
